Originally from sunny Southern California, I’ve called Seattle home since the 1990s. Having lived and raised my family here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique neighborhoods and communities throughout King County and what makes each one special.

After graduating from the University of Washington, I spent a decade in luxury retail and merchandising, where I learned the importance of listening, thoughtful service, and attention to detail. Today, I combine that experience with firsthand local knowledge and a close eye on inventory, sales trends, and market shifts across King County’s neighborhoods. This helps me guide buyers with informed, personalized insight as they search for the right home, neighborhood, and lifestyle.
